Singing for Ricky
The Ricky Casey Trust's Nicola Casey and Grace Widdall were recently invited to Beever Primary School in Oldham, where Mrs Paula R. Bedford has been raising some awareness for the Trust.
Nicola describes what happened at the event: “The children learned Ricky's special song, Something Inside So Strong, and the whole school sang it to me. It was so special!
“This song was special for lots of reasons for Ricky and us both during his journey.
“The kindness and the innocence of the children was something I will cherish forever.
“A special thank you to all the wonderful children and Mrs P. R. Bedford for your hard work.”
Nicola and the team hope to see you all again soon.
