Global Walk/Run/Ride: 6th – 27th March, 2021

To kick start the 2021 fundraising for The Ricky Casey Trust, we are pleased to say that because of the huge success of last year's event, it will be our second time coming together in joint force with the Chris Johnson Foundation in the US.

We would love for you to get involved again, on the day of Saturday 27th March for the annual “Keepin' It Renal” walk/run, raising awareness for RMC (Renal Medullary Carcinoma).

Due to Covid restrictions, we are saddened to say that we will be unable to put on an event on the evening of Ricky's 51st birthday, like we did last year at The White Hart. So with that in mind, we would like to try to combine both his birthday and the annual walk/run as our BIG event this year — virtually, and socially distanced, of course!

For something different and more challenging, we thought we would also include cycling into this year's event for all you keen riders out there.

As a trust we would encourage you to join us on Saturday 27th March between 7am – 8pm to complete a 5.1km walk/run/cycle (5.1 to represent Rick's 51st birthday). This is also a great way to remember and honour Ricky.

Alternatively, if you're feeling more energetic and up for a bigger challenge, begin your walk/run/cycle on 6th March, which is Ricky's actual birthday, and clock up 51km from then until the final event day of 27th March. Or you can go the distance and aim for 51 miles!
